Cheap Vienna Accommodation – Vienna is not the most budget-friendly city, particularly when it comes to accommodation and the most economical options can be found outside the city centre, especially in and around Neubau and Josefstadt. Hotels also get very booked up, particularly from April-October and over Christmas and New Year so make sure you reserve a room early. Prices may drop during the summer months when many of the concert halls and theatres are closed so keep an eye out for bargains at this time.
